Quentin Kasete
Managing Director
Quentin Kasete is a chemist with about 14 years in the mining/smelter industry, specializing in project management, process optimization, ISO17025 implementation, and new technologies. His experience spans all mining stages, from drilling to final product. Currently, he is the Industrial General Manager at Evenson Industries Group, where he is establishing a water puri cation section and bulk chemical supply portfolio. He also served as Quality Control Manager for drilling operations at QKR Navachab. His extensive experience in the Namibian mining sector is evident.
Efraim U. Mieze
Technical Director (Engineering)
Efraim is a Mining Engineer with a B.Eng Mining Honours degree from the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST) and a Masters in Industrial Engineering candidate. With more than 5 years in various mining operational experiences and a strong background in drilling and blasting. His experience covers mine operations on large scale mines for Uranium and Zinc.
